Terms of Service
Last updated: September 1, 2025
Service Description
ETA ASSIST CENTER provides a third-party application processing service for UK Electronic Travel Authorisations (ETA). We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with the UK Government. We act as a third-party service provider to simplify your application by:
- Offering a secure online application platform.
- Reviewing information before submission to reduce errors.
- Providing customer support throughout the process, including form preparation, submission, and status tracking.
The final decision on any ETA application rests solely with the UK immigration authorities.
Eligibility
To use our service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or apply with the consent of a parent/guardian.
- Hold a valid passport from an ETA-eligible country.
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
No Guarantee of Outcome
We do not guarantee approval of any ETA application. The decision to approve or deny an application is made solely by the UK Home Office. Our fee covers the processing service, not the outcome.
- We aim to process applications promptly, but approval times are determined by UK authorities.
- Delays may occur due to government processing, incorrect details, or incomplete documents.
User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and truthful information.
- You are responsible for verifying your eligibility before applying.
- You must ensure your passport details are entered correctly, and double-check all application details before submission.
- You must not misuse our website for unlawful purposes (fraud, false applications, unauthorized access, etc.).
Fees
- The official UK ETA fee is set by the UK Government.
- Our service includes an additional processing and support fee to cover secure handling, expert review, and customer support.
- All fees are displayed clearly before payment.
- Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers.
Our processing fee is non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the UK Home Office, except as outlined below.
Cancellations & Refunds
- You may request cancellation before submission to UK authorities for a possible refund of our service fee.
- Once an application has been submitted, government and service fees are non-refundable.
- Refund eligibility is assessed case by case.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any losses arising from application denial, delays in processing, or incorrect information provided by the applicant.
- We are not responsible for denied applications, travel disruptions, or losses caused by government decisions.
- We are not liable for delays outside our control (government systems, force majeure events, or technical issues).
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for our service fee.
Data Protection
We protect your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described there.
Third-Party Services & External Links
Our platform may include links to external websites, third-party software, or integrations. To deliver our services efficiently, we may partner with reliable third-party service providers (such as secure payment processors and customer care software) who handle user data strictly in compliance with binding data protection agreements. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, security, terms, or privacy policies of any third-party websites or services, and your use of such tools is done strictly at your own risk.

Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of US courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that specific clause shall be severed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining sections.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, represent the complete agreement between you and ETA ASSIST CENTER regarding your use of our website and services.
Region-Specific Provisions
The provisions outlined below apply in addition to our standard Terms for users located in designated jurisdictions. If a conflict arises between these region-specific provisions and our standard Terms, the regional terms shall take precedence for consumers in that location.
European Union (EU) Customers
- Data Privacy Regulations: In addition to UK data protection legislation, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR – Regulation 2016/679) applies to the handling of your personal data. Our Privacy Policy outlines our compliance under EU GDPR, detailing processing grounds, user rights, and contact avenues for relevant regulatory authorities. Cross-border transfers of European data to external processing locations rely on European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
- Consumer Cancellation Rights: Pursuant to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), European consumers generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the purchase date. However, if you request that we immediately start fulfilling your ETA application, you acknowledge that your right of cancellation expires once performance of the service has actively begun.
- Withdrawal Request: To exercise a cancellation before processing has started, you may submit a statement via the contact form stating: "I/We hereby revoke my/our agreement for the provision of the following service [describe service], ordered on [date], Name of consumer(s), Address of consumer(s), Date."
- Resolution of Disputes: European consumers may utilize the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) portal at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or choose to file a claim within the courts of their home country.
United States (US) Customers
- Disclaimer of Warranties: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE US LAWS, OUR SERVICE IS OFFERED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSIONS OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO CERTAIN STATEMENTS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
- Liability Limitations: TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY STATE LAW, OUR MAXIMUM TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR OUR SERVICE FEE.
- California Resident Notice: California residents possess specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to access, delete, and correct their personal details. We do not sell user information. For state-specific consumer protection questions, California users may reach out to the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs.
- Dispute Handling & Arbitration Procedure:
- Informal Resolution: Prior to initiating formal proceedings, you agree to submit a notice of dispute to our support team and allow 60 days for us to resolve the issue informally.
- Binding Individual Arbitration: If unresolved after 60 days, disputes shall be settled through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except where small claims court applies.
- Arbitration Opt-Out: You reserve the right to opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first using our platform by submitting a written notice via the contact form.
- Class Action Waiver: To the maximum extent allowed by law, all disputes must be handled on an individual basis, and you waive the right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.
Rest of World
For customers located outside the explicitly listed regions above, these Terms remain governed by United Kingdom law, while preserving any non-excludable, mandatory consumer protection rights granted by your local country of residence. Cross-border data transfers rely on safe, compliant mechanisms as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
